Uploading and managing files

Upload a new file

To upload a new file:

In the link editor, click in the URL field.
Click the File tab.
Click Upload File to choose a file from your computer, or elevate a file into the Upload File expanse.
After uploading, click the file in the list. A checkmark appears beside the chosen file.
Click Save, then click Apply or Save.

Link to an existing file

To link to a file you uploaded previously:

In the link editor, click in the URL field.
Click the File tab.
Search for the file you want to attach to the link. All files uploaded to your site announced above the Upload File surface area.
Click the file in the list. A checkmark appears beside the chosen file.
Click Save, then click Utilise or Relieve.

Edit a file name

To edit the name of a file you uploaded:

In the link editor, click in the URL field.
Click the File tab.

Opening files

When visitors click file links, the file opens in their browser. Later on choosing a file, switch the Open in New Window toggle on to make the file open in a new tab. Some file types download automatically rather than opening in the browser, regardless of this setting.
